Tim at Raleigh Ortho PT was so wonderful, a great easy going yet professional personality mixed with reassuring expertise full of thoughtful answers. My 13-year-old son saw him for 17 PT appointments over three months or so, after surgery to repair three severed tendons and a nerve in a finger. “ROPT” always has a core staff that knows how to get positive results while maintaining a pleasant, non-stressful working atmosphere. The staff of which I am referring is Stefan with whom I worked on a problem years ago, and Jim and Alyssa lately for my wrist. Because Jim and Alyssa’s attitudes and aptitudes, I leave there with more knowledge of what they and I can and need to do for the health of my wrist. The myriad of questions I have are answered so that I (CAPITAL I) understand the answers, and I always have more questions when I am given answers :)They obviously like being there and I like being with them. Oh, and do not let me forget the office staff. When I walk up to their window—get this—they acknowledge me with a beckoning smile! Awesome, huh?
